What is ILAVERA?

ILAVERA is the brainchild of two best friends who want to push the limits of Indonesian fashion! We are a local Indonesian brand that sells clothing and intimates for the women who dare to dream, work hard, and love life fearlessly. We seek to empower them through clothing that inspires confidence.

Can I Purchase from Overseas?

Currently, we only ship nationwide to Indonesia. But fret not; we are working on expanding our reach so that our overseas customers can get fabulous ILAVERA items! Email us at hello@ilavera-official.com so that we can work something out for you.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes, you need to register and create an account to purchase our item(s). This allows you to checkout faster the next time you buy from us! You won’t need to retype your shipping address and input your payment information every time you want to make a purchase.

Don’t worry! Simply click “Forgot your password?” link at the Sign in Page and follow the instructions.

Do you have a store location?

Unfortunately, we do not have a store at this moment. We are an online store where you can shop anytime, anywhere. The order will be delivered directly to your address!

How do I Order?

Via LINE / Whatsapp:

Contact us via Line @ilavera (with @) or whatsapp +628151837839 to place your order! Simply tell us which item(s) you want to order and the size you need. But we recommend ordering online, as it’s faster!

Online:

1. Pick out the item(s) you want and select the size and quantity you want, then click “add to cart”.

2. The item(s) will appear on the top right corner of the page (“Cart”), which you can click to see what you have added to your cart so far, and begin the check out process. Or, you can continue shopping!

3. Added everything you wanted? Click the cart icon on the top right of the page to review your item(s)! Make sure you’ve added everything you wanted, and have chosen the right size and quantity.

4. Click “Check Out”! You’re now one step closer to getting your fabulous new item(s)!

5. You will be asked to create an account, log in, or check out as a guest.

– If you pick “check-out as guest”, your address and payment information will not be saved for the next time you make a purchase.

– If you decide to “create an account”, you’ll be able to save your address and payment information for faster check-out next time and also track your current order status. You can also add items to your wish list (we know that nothing haunts us like the things we didn’t buy!) so that you can get them next time!

– If you already have an account, simply log in!

6. Fill in your personal details and input your payment information. If you are an existing customer, you won’t need to do this step every time. Simply click on the desired shipping address and payment information!

7. An order summary will appear on the screen. Make sure your order and all personal details are correct! If they are, click “Proceed to Checkout”. If not, simply click the “Cart” icon on the top right of the page.

8. You’ll receive an order confirmation on your screen, with your order details. You will also receive an email with this information. Make sure you save your order number id to confirm payment via bank transfer and to track the shipping status of your items

9. Hurray! You are one step closer to getting your fabulous new wardrobe!!

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

If you chose bank transfer as your payment method and have not made the payment to our bank account, you can still amend or cancel or order by emailing us at hello@ilavera-official.com within 24 hours after making the order.

What if I cannot make payment in time/Why is my order cancelled?

Unfortunately, orders are cancelled if payment is not received and confirmed with us within 48 hours for bank transfer. You will need to reorder the items again.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only support one method of payment: Bank transfer.

After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation, which will include our bank account number.

Please make payment to the stated account within 48 hours after receiving the email.

You will need to confirm the payment by clicking on “Confirm Payment” on the bottom left of the website page. “Confirm Payment” forms received on weekends and/or Indonesian public holidays will be verified on the next working day

Note that you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed and payment has been received.

How do I order a “Sold Out” Item?

If you want to know when we do have a restock, leave your email under the “Notify Me” function under each item(s) you want that is sold out. You’ll get notified via email when the item is re-stocked so that you can get first dibs on them! However, if you do not see this button, it means that we are not producing it any longer, unless there is a high demand on the particular model.

For bralettes, in the event that the lace has sold out completely, we may still make the same style but in a different lace design.

I’ve added items to my cart. But when I check out, some of the items are missing!

We’re very sorry! Adding items to your cart does not mean that the item will be reserved for you, because several other customers might be shopping at the same time. Item availability will only be guaranteed once you begin the checkout process!

How do I know which size to choose?

We will provide the sizing guide on each of our items in centimeters (cm) on the product page.

What material are you items made of?

We would pick out the best materials for the best fit according to different designs of clothing and intimates. Our main goal is to use quality material so it would feel comfortable against your skin yet still looking fabulous!

What is a bralette?

A bralette is a soft-cup bra which has no underwires. Ours are lined and come with removable padding, to ensure that nothing will poke out and you’ll still have that bit of shaping and contour, especially for the petite ladies.

They’re great for everyday wear because they prevent the discomfort caused by wearing heavily padded bras and underwires, while also giving you the support you need. The fact that they’re sexy while being oh-so-comfortable is definitely a plus point!

Who are bralettes suitable for?

Everyone can wear bralettes! Our range is perfect for small to average size-busted ladies, as they fit sizes 32A-36C. Smaller petite ladies will fit most styles, especially the triangle bralettes which they will find most flattering.

Bralettes are also great for maternity use. Our padded bralettes come with a slot for removable padding, which can be replaced with nursing pads. They’re also perfect for ladies for are unable to wear underwire bras, but want to find more flattering bras than sport bras.

How do I care for my bralettes?

It is best to hand wash them in cold water, and lay flat to dry. This will prevent eyelash lace especially, from curling. Do not soak your intimates for longer than 10 minutes. If your eyelash lace is curling up, flip the bralettes over and use a steam iron to smooth out the edges. We recommend that you don’t ever put them in the washing machine!

What shipping method do you use?

We ship all our item(s) through JNE. Shipping typically takes up to 3 days for JABODETABEK area, and up to 5 days for other cities

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship items on the next working day after you have confirmed your payment! You will receive an email to tell you that fabulous new item(s) are coming your way

I haven’t received my order and it’s been more than 5 days!

Please remember to confirm payment through the webstore after completing payment (and make sure it has been less than 2×24 hours since you placed the order), because we are unable to ship your items otherwise or your order will be cancelled. If you have confirmed payment and haven’t received your order, log in to your account and track your shipment!

I need my items faster!

When checking out, please add the note that you want one-day shipping! We will ship your item(s) using JNE ONS (One Night Service), but you will be charged an extra IDR18,000 for JABODETABEK area or IDR29,000 for outside JABODETABEK. You can also contact us via LINE or whatsapp should you wish to GOJEK your order! You will need to confirm payment before ordering the GOJEK.

The item doesn’t fit me / I don’t like the item.

We’re sorry that the items didn’t work out for you, but fret not: we accept exchanges! Please note that the item(s) returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. All original tags must be attached.

Please contact us within 7 (seven) days after receiving your order. We apologize that return related emails received after 7 (seven) days of receiving your order would not be accepted. We will provide returns in the form of store credit. We only offer returns once per order, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed immediately after we receive the items.

Please note that all sale items are final. We sorry that we are unable to exchange or refund sale items.

I received the wrong item(s) / wrong size!

We’re so sorry! We will bear all shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 (seven) days after receiving your order. We are happy to exchange item(s) for you with the correct item(s) / in the right size. If the item(s) is out of stock, we will provide returns in the form of store credit.

The item is damaged!

If the items are damaged, shame on us. We will check for defects before sending them out, but we all make mistakes. Please send us a picture of the defect by email along with the order number, and we will work something out for you to replace it with a new piece, or store credit if the item is out of stock. Shipping fees will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective.

What is Store Credit?

– Store credit is like cash (yay!) but can only be used online in our website

– Store credit is given for returns or when someone who loves you gives you a gift card!

– Any purchase amount that exceeds the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due

– Store credit has an expiration date of 90 (ninety) days

– Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account

– The entire value of the store credit must be used in a single purchase. You cannot break the amount

How to use store credit / gift cards?

Upon checkout, you’ll see a box that says “Have a Gift Card or Discount Code?”. Enter the store credit or gift card code here, and make sure typed it correctly (case sensitive)! After your discount code is accepted, the amount of the store credit/gift card will be deducted from the total amount. Buyers are responsible for the outstanding amount after the store credit deduction
